Timmy Trumpet – DJ / TRUMPET COMBINED

A combination not usual to DJ-ing, but to this Sydney boy Timmy Trumpet  winning ‘Young Musician of the Year’ at age 13, and touring the world playing Jazz at 14,set him up for a center stage performing lifestyle match made in heaven.

Now 27, supported many artists and played alongside ARMIN VAN BUUREN, CARL COX, FEDDE LE GRAND, DIZZEE RASCAL, FAT BOY SLIM and the STAFFORD BROTHERS as well as MINISTRY OF SOUND and PACHA CD’s featuring his own ARIA chart smash hit ‘Tromba Ye Ye Ye’ and ARIA chart smash hit ‘Sunrise’. In 2011 currently tours Australia before heading overseas to promote his new EP ‘Trrrumpet’ with his worldwide tour including performances at MIAMI’S WMC, IBIZA’S PACHA & LONDON’S MINISTRY OF SOUND.

Timmy is the only DJ / Instrumentalist to make the ITM Top 10 DJ’s Australia wide, which has landed him residencies at clubs and festivals all over Australia including SENSATION WHITE, SUMMAFIELDAYZE, FUTURE MUSIC, PARK LIFE, Creamfields, Good Vibrations and Stereosonic, and it will come as no surprise that 2011 is set to be an even bigger year for Timmy already booked in Miami, Brazil, Ibiza and Thailand’s ‘Full Moon Party.’ These World Tours combined with his weekly Australian residencies in every capital city means he is averaging 5-6 flights a week, placing him in the top 100 flier’s in Australia. When he’s not flying he’s in the studio recording, remixing and hosting weekly radio shows that are broadcasted nationally on over 58 stations. Between juggling these and running his own clothing label (wifebeaterz.com.au), club night (f#%k fluro) and co-staring on Fox8’s latest reality TV series (The Stafford Brothers), Timmy is one busy boy, heading into an even busier 2012.
